Stop Hair Dryness

Many of us are facing split hair ends and breakage issues all year around. Common sense tells us that the first thing to do is to review our hair styling and beauty routine products we are using. Everyday usage of hot styling tools on dyed or permed hair, shampooing too often with harsh shampoo, and even high mineral content in the local water supply can cause damage as well.

There are lots of products on the market that claim to help solve the problem of dry & damaged hair ends, but because of high level of chemical ingredients and preservatives, more people are switching back to natural treatments for repairing damaged hair.  Most natural hair treatments are eco-friendly, and because of the simplicity of ingredients they are 100% safe to use.  Shiny beautiful hair from roots to ends can be achieved naturally if the natural oil scalp produces reach all the way to the hair ends.

Here are some the most effective do-it-yourself hair treatment remedies you can try at home.

Mix together a 1/2 avocado, 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 table tablespoons of your conditioner.  Saturate your hair with mixture and wrap a plastic wrap or a shower cap around your head. Let it set for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your hair with cool water, then shampoo your hair and style as usual.
